Week One (February 1 - 7)
Monday: Off
Tuesday: Spin 1 hr (group)
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Off (snowboarding!)
Friday: Swim 30 min
Saturday: BRICK- Bike 1 hr 30 min, Run 20 min
Sunday: Off

Week Two (February 8 - 14)
Monday: Swim 700yd
Tuesday: Cardio 40 min / Spin 30 min
Wednesday: Swim 700yd
Thursday: Cardio 30 min / Spin 30 min
Friday: Swim 700yd
Saturday: Bike 1 hr (group)
Sunday: Off

Week Three (February 15 - 21)
Monday: Swim 900yd
Tuesday: Spin 90 min
Wednesday: Swim 900yd (only got to swim 700yd before getting called to the daycare for Emira!!)
Thursday: Off (Emira caught a cold)
Friday: Swim 900yd/ Run 45 min
Saturday: Duathlon (group)
Sunday: Off

Monday: Swim 1200yd
Tuesday: Travel
Wednesday: Run 3mi
Thursday: Run 3mi

*The past few weeks have been tough with traveling and a sick baby to boot.  Emira caught a bad cold week four and just as she was getting better, she caught a stomach virus in week five, and again as she was getting better, her two front teeth decided to come in week six!  Poor thing has been miserable!  She's a strong little fighter though and will be back to herself in no time and mommy can get back into the gym!  Thank God for new days :)
